Need A Fantasy Baby Name...?

Ok, so I'm writing a book, and I've asked similar questions like this before...but I need a name for the main character. I've tried baby name websites but they often don't give the meanings, which is something I think is very important. She's a girl, with red/brown hair, large green eyes, she's clumsy, and is related to the Fire Element in someway. Has anyone got any suggestions for names? And name meanings please? Thanks xxx

What is this girl's nationality? Depending on that answer, she could have a name pertaining to her home country- Fiona being Irish, Madeline being French, etc.

Anala means fire and wind in sanskrit


Endellion means fire soul in Gaelic- thats cool and to make it easier to read she could have a shortened nickname- the Gaelic bit also goes with the red hair. I like that one- sounds fantasy too.


Keahi- the fire in hawaiian



Reply:Keahi and Jyotika both mean "flame." Keahi is Hawaiian and Jyotika is Indian. There's also Uri(Hebrew for "my fire"), and Vanhi, an Indian name which just means "fire."


A few more that are more common: Phoebe(bright/shining), Aidan(little fire) Kelly and Kellyn(bright-headed one).


Holly might also be a good choice, with the reddish hair and green eyes.
