Hello,
My wife and I are pretty much set on a name for our baby if it is a boy... Brayden. However, there are many ways to spell this name. Which of the following do you like the best?
1. Brayden
2. Bradyn
3. Braedyn
4. Braden
Any others you can think of?
Baby Name help.... Boy?

Reply:i like Brayden
Reply:brayden is best love that name my mate called her wee one that and he gets brad the lad lol.
Reply:Either Brayden or Braedyn.... I like Braedyn best.
Reply:That name is SOOOOO overused and very trendy...and cheesy if you ask me. Especially with some of the spellings you have here.
I'm sorry..I don't mean to be blunt but it really is a bad choice. He will probably have another Brayden in his class..if not a Jayden, Hayden, or Cayden.
Names like this are okay for little kids..but he won't be a little kid forever. It's a very immature name.
Like I said, I don't mean to be rude or anything..I'm just thinking of your son here. How about:
Aaron
Cameron
Samuel
Micah
Andrew
Nicholas
Reply:You like the B's thats funny. I'm not to big on the Bradyn but it ok. I'm going to name mine if its a boy seth and if its a girl Sydney. but its up to you
Reply:brayden
Reply:I think the first one is the easiest, to avoid it being mispronounce.
Reply:I like 1 and 4
Reply:Braden is the most classy spelling for this name....... definately!
2 %26amp; 3 are no no no. 1 is my second choice though i think i would prefer braydon. brayden i dont think looks like a proper name.....sorry.
Nice name, aww good luck!
Reply:Of your spellings I prefer Braden. I also like Braeden.
Reply:#1 or #4. Easy-ish to spell, look like semi-regular names
Reply:#4!!! it actually looks like a real name. The rest just look like you can't spell.
Reply:I like your first two choices. #3 is often confusing because of the spelling (ae). #4 is often mispronounced because people like to say a word how it looks so Brad-en.
My nephews name is Braeden.
Reply:Braden looks more masculine.
Reply:4 ... when he gets older, people might wanna call him by a nickname, which would be Brad. another option is to spel it Bradan.
Reply:I like Brayden best followed by Braden.
Reply:l say number four nicer than the others
Reply:OMG this is a very popular name.
The spelling I prefer is Braden
Reply:Go with Brayden because it is phonetically correct. Once he gets to Kindergarten it will be easy for him (and his friends) to spell and all the letters sound like they sould. I teach reading and Kindergarten. Trust me I have seen little ones struggle with names that are not phonetically correct- it confuses them.
Reply:the very first Braden i ever met was a long time ago and it was spelt BRADEN. Back then i thought it was kind of a strange name, all i could picture was a braid and kept wanting to spell it that way (Braiden)
it is somewhat trendy in areas ( i know 4 Bradens now, compared to 5 years ago i knew just the one) but if you like it what does it matter?
none-the-less i believe the original and accurate spelling is Braden. plain and simple i believe the rest is just alternatives to try and spice up the name, like Kristopher and Christopher.
i dont mind Brayden though.
Reply:Braden or Brayden. #2 and #3 look to feminine.
Reply:brayden
Reply:I like the spelling Brayden or Braydon best. My next favorite would be Braden.
Bradyn looks girly and Braedyn does too.
YN endings are too feminine. Especially with a name that could be unisex (the aydens) I would avoid those spellings.
