Baby boy name?

I'm not pregnant, but I was talking about baby names with my best friend, and I told her that if I ever have boy twins I'm going to name them Benjamin Scott and Brooks Owen, and she seemed horrifed by the name Brooks Owen... What do you guys think??

Benjamin Scott is a very cool classic name and I've always loved the name Scott. I think Brooks Owen is an awesome name for a boy. One of my friends has an uncle named Brooks. I also love Owen. So just brush off what your friend said.

Reply:I think it sounds a bit like "Brook sewing," so perhaps a bit too "phrasey" for my taste. ;) I like Brooks and Owen -- and Benjamin, for that matter (the Bs would be far too cutesy/matchy for twins for me to ever use LOL) -- separately, however.

Reply:Brooks Owen just doesn't fit together like other names do. If you want your kid to start with a B name, you could always do something like Brayden, or Brett, etc. You could always use Owen as his middle name though

Reply:i think thats kindof a cool name it just doesnt flow very well but i like unusual names like Ryder. if i ever have sons it would be Easton, or Ethan, maybe Ely theres alot more but i cant think of them. try to seach web baby names

Reply:Hi. My boy is Benjamin so I think that is a great choice! I'm sorry but I don't like Brooks Owen, it sounds like a law firm or company to me. Owen is a nice name though. How about Bradley Owen or Brodie Owen? Good luck!
